Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Biomedical Engineering, University of Benin Teaching Hospital UBTH, Benin City for a two-year National Diploma (ND) and two-year Higher National Diploma (HND) programme in Biomedical Engineering Technology. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: A. NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME (ND) i. Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of Five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings at WAEC, GCE, SSCE, NECO or NABTEB in the following areas:English Language Mathematics Biology Chemistry Physics ii. Candidates with score not less than 120 in UTME are eligible to apply B. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME (HND)i. Candidates must possess the National Diploma (ND) Certificates in Biomedical Engineering Technology in addition to meeting the requirements for the normal admission requirements as stipulated in “Ai” above. ii. Candidates with ND in related engineering field like Electrical, Mechanical, Computer and production will also be considered. iii. Candidates must possess Certificates or Letters of One-Year Industrial Training (I.T.) from any institution in Health Industry. METHOD OF APPLICATION: Candidates for HND I are to pay a non-refundable fee of TEN Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only into UBTH Account with TSA in any UBTH Revenue pay point. Candidates for ND I are to pay a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only into UBTH Account with TSA in any UBTH Revenue pay point. Applicant should obtain admission form at the admission office of the School of Biomedical Engineering. Completed application form should be submitted to the administrative block of the School of Biomedical Engineering, University of Benin Teaching Hospital, with a printout of their JAMB score.SCREENING Date: Friday 16th December, 2022. Time: 9:30am prompt Venue: School of Biomedical Engineering, UBTH, Benin City. Candidates should come with original copies of their credentials and their printed application slips for screening. ENQUIRIES Call: 07060678769, or Visit http://www.ubth.org  Signed: Joshua Uwaila, Esq., Head, Public Relations Unit
