    Admission Requirements

    Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

    • Matriculation requirements
    • Third-class degree in relevant field
    • HND with minimum credit pass

    Master’s Programme

    • Matriculation requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Lower
    • CGPA of 3.00 (Biochemistry) or 2.75 (Biological Sciences)
    • PGD with credit level pass

    Master’s/PhD Programme

    • Matriculation requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Lower
    • Master’s degree with CGPA of at least 3.20 on a 5.00 scale

    Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

    • Matriculation requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Lower
    • Master’s degree with CGPA of at least 3.50/4.00 on a 5.00 scale
    • For PhD in Reproductive Health: Holders of Full/Part 1 Fellowship of NPMCN or WACS are eligible

    Additional Requirements

    • Two referees (one academic)
    • NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption/Exclusion Letter

    • PhD: 6–8 semesters

    • MSc: 6–8 semesters
    • MSc/PhD: 10–12 semesters
    • PhD: 8–10 semesters
    • PhD (Clinical Sciences): 6–8 semesters
